Fall/Winter Checklist

  • Leaf and debris cleanup

  • Gutter cleaning and downspout inspection

  • Shrub trimming as needed

  • Low tree limb trimming (branches touching house or hanging too low) Allows sunlight in and is better for the grass

  • Pulling weeds in flowerbeds

  • Washing exterior windows

  • Power washing (if weather is above 50)

  • General property inspection for issues or damage

  • Snow removal

  • Mowing if needed (as it randomly grows when temperatures allow)

  • Hauling off unwanted items (dump fee will be added)

  • Any other outdoor tasks your property needs

This Fall and Winter we will be offering weekly and biweekly visits to help maintain the exterior of your home. Let us handle the outdoor work while you stay warm and cozy inside.

 

During each scheduled visit, our team will spend the same amount of time at your property as we do during a mowing service. We will rotate through the checklist as needed. 

 

Flexible Time Option: future visit

  • You still pay the same flat mowing rate per scheduled visit.

  • We simply skip the following visit since that time was already used.

  • This keeps your budget predictable while ensuring big jobs get completed.

Pricing

  • Included Visits: Each visit is billed at the same rate as your regular mowing service.

  • Flexible Time Option: Future visit time can be applied to the current visit if extra work is required.

  • Additional Time (optional): If you’d like more time beyond your regular schedule, it can be added.
